I have grown sweet corn successfully in the past, though recent years have been a disaster. Growing SC in Ireland can be marginal and I understand that the variety chosen can be critically important. What varieties have other gardeners grown successfully?
Also, if I take seed from successful cobs can I be confident I can plant them next year?
