Need some advice on care for a new large lawn (3/4 acre) set in may. I have been cutting the grass and collecting cuttings all summer and gradually the rate of growth has slowed down and the grass is turning yellow in places weeds seem to be starting to do well also. Two suggestions received are to fertilize with 10-10-20 or 18-6-12 what should i do ?
