thanks for the welcome,my garden is still mostly in my head' i have grand plans, basicly what i have is a strip of land that is 20mtr wide and about 150mtr long, it is the piece of field that is under esb wires where forestry cant be planted,i am thinking of putting up a polytunnel, about 6 raised beds, fruit trees and soft fruit, and maybe a patch for wild flowers, the site is well sheltered with a 12ft high hedge to the south, mature ash on the east and a 4ft hedge to the west, the north is exposed atm but when the forestry grows another bit it will be well sheltered, the forestry is a mix of oak and silver birch so a bit slow growing but will be worth the wait.anyway like i said it is all in my head atm |
