hi i am growing Carrots, peppers and baby water melon in my greenhouse and was wondering what is the best plant feed i can give them all? is there one that is safe to give them all.

carrots grow better in poor soil.
no fertiliser for the carrots.
Pepper can use tomato fertiliser.
"Fertilize regularly. Use a high nitrogen fertilizer until flowers form. Then, switch over to a high phosphorous and potassium fertilizer. We also recommend the use of liquid fertilizers and foliar feeding."
