Yesterday evening I came home to find my new fruit bushes covered in beetles busy munching away!
I did a big of searching on the net and I think they are Japanese beetle's. I'll try and get a picture for you. These beetles come every summer but I've never had fruit growing so they never bothered me before.
Can anybody give me advise on how to deal with them. I know my bug gun works because I broke it out last night in a panic but it's not something I want to use again.

Don't think its a Japanese beetle brogan. These are usually metallic green in colour. Any other pics as it looks like a ground beetle to me. |
