Because of the cold spell i decided to grow leeks in my heated propagtor.

Now they are about two inches should i move them to new pots?

When do I move them to the outdoor cold frame house i have?

Also what stage do I move cauliflower out into the cold frame house as i have them growing in pots now after transplanting them. Some are about two inches high?

Is the ground still too cold for parnsips and onions?

Many Thanks
