Hi all gardeners

My name is Peter Dowdall, I run Dunsland Garden Centre in Cork. I present a number of gardening features on RTE and TV3 along with C103FM in Cork and I keep a blog where I try and give helpful tips on all matters related to gardening in Ireland.

I have a deep love for and interest in gardening and a certain amount of knowledge. I am delighted to see the recent growth (excuse the pun) in gardening in Ireland and if I can help with any queries I will be more than happy to try to.
I have recently posted an article about January in the garden on www.peterdowdall.com

Regards

Peter Dowdall

Welcome Peter, good article. we just need a bit more 'de icing' and we should be good to go. I agree on feeding the birds, quite a hard time for them at the moment.

Thanks Red Fox,

I think I need some more de icing whatever about the garden. The poor birds are suffering though. I will be updating the site pretty regularly and am glad of all comments

Hello Peter... have been to Dunsland, and love the garden centre. What time is your gardening programme on RTE and TV3? Thanks!
