has anyone used this new type of drainage piping? apparently you dont need to use any stone i seen it on the connachtagri.ie website. i am getting drainage done on my swamp/lawn in new year and this seems ideal as it cuts down on costs but i want to make sure it works. ant opinions?? |

Just looked at the site and read the blurb carefully. My opinion is that it will be as good as your ability to get a good 'slope' (Need I say water does not flow up hill.) The concept is quite interest and for me worth further research. It seems to be 21st century technology applied to 'French Drain' technology.
I'd say try a length of it as a test. It's worth a punt and if it dries out the line it'slaid on go for another bit?. _________________ Retired trouble-maker. twitters @walltoall and dreams of being promoted to Pedunculate Oaker. |
