How are your yerevan parsley plants doing? I've a great crop now, about two dozen plants. It's the first time I've grown it as a vegetable rather than a herb and am getting some tasty meals out of it. |

I have two or three growing well enough to use as herbs.. I hadn't thought of using them as a veg. Are yours very big, how thick are the stems, how are you using them??
I grew mine where I grow most of my herbs, with relatively low fertility but I'd consider siting them elsewhere if it would benefit them. I am hardening off some small seedlings now, ready to pot on or plant out. |
