| thanks dinahdabble you sound like me .i tried to load photos but to no avail. i got some advice from here and when i have an hour or two will try again.i would be delighted to get some of your seeds thanks. |

| Hi very interested in all the chat about the cosmos. Have been planting them for years with mixed success. I think the best thing to do is to put them in the earth as soon in spring as you think the frost is finished. Some years I found that they came to a particular point in the compost and then they started to die on me. If I managed to get them into the earth at that point they would generally grow without a problem. What I am trying to say is that I think they prefer to seed where they will finally flower as opposed to being transplanted. |
