Hi all,
I'm back again with a question regarding my ditch. I am now looking for an [b]evergreen groundcover type plant to grow over the side of my ditch to face the roadside. I have been thinking of rubus tricolor at the moment, but thats because I haven't come across anything else. i would love other suggestions on something evergreen with nice leaves, flowering optional.
Thanks a mill |

Vincas do very well in those situations, and you have the bonus of flowers too. |

I came across a Euonymus purple winter creeper at the weekend, nice shrub and it might suit. |

as sive says the vincas are great for ground cover and there are several varieties with various colours in the leaves.if the area is shaded pachysandra is a lovely evergreen with nicely shaped leaves. |
