Does anyone know where i can but seeds or plants in buolk as i'm looking to get a few dozen for Christmas.

If you were thinking of growing them from seed, forget it. The plant requires a period of uninterrupted long, dark nights for around two months in autumn in order to develop flowers and temperature can't hit single digits.
I don't know how many plants you need, but supermarket chains have them at quite a reasonable prices. I don't think anyone could match the buying power of them, hence, your best source.
You could approach a garden center (who sell indoor plants) and ask them to price them up for you.
