Hi I live in Enfield and our house borders a field, and growing over our wall is this bush - I am wondering if its a wild raspberry? The berries have only come up now (August). Is it edible?
Thanks!

Hi Juliadn. Welcome to the forum. I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint you re the raspberrys. These are blackberrys. Equally delicious but not ripe yet. As the name suggests they're black when ripe. The bush is also known as a briar or bramble. Watch out for the thorns.
