Hi All,
Cabbagepatch here formally introducing myself..
Your help will be of great value i am sure.
Firstly i wish to know how to go about applying for a council allottment.
i am in the limerick city area and live in a treeless concrete jungle.!
I share an appartment block with about 27 "elderly"people.
I am hoping to find an allotment for them and try and organise the funds required to get them to and from this allotment. tools etc.
The main objective is a community type garden. to enjoy and also get us all out a bit more, rain, hail,or shine.
I have noticed some private allotments a bit pricey but facilities seem excellent.
I applied to limk city council but have not as of yet had a reply.
Can anybody out there enlighten me , on how best to proceed.
Thank you for your time
