Hi,
I reclaimed part of my rear garden from nature. There were 6ft tall ferns and briars which I removed.
The landscaper then rotovated and seeded the area for me. Grass has come on brilliant and the kids love the new found space for therir slide and trampoline. one slight problem is that in some places i have the start of briars re appearing, maybe 20 different spots over the 20x10m reclaimed section. I keep the grass cut, so they don't get too big, but when the summer comes (ahem) and the kids are running about in bare feet I don't want them standing on one. Will I be able to just dig them out or is there a treatment/weedkiller that will kill them off forever.
Thanks |

Once you get the bits of root out that should pretty much stop them - I wouldn't like the thought of weedkiller on a lawn where kids were running barefoot .... _________________ Irish wildflowers |
