Just dug up my spuds in the garden as the plants were starting to look a lot the worse for wear. Now not being a typical irishman i don't eat 5-10kgs of potatoes a week. So i'm wondering what's the best/easiest way to store 15-20kgs of fresh potatoes? |

leave the potatoes unwashed, pick out any black or damaged/diseased tubers and place the remainder in a box or bucket in a cool dark airy place. Check occasionally for any rotting.
