Without a pic it is hard to pinpoint. But holes in pea leaves usually come from slugs and snails. if it is less holes and more a notch cut out of the leaf edges then it is probably weevil damage. Scotts Bug Clear spray will get rid of the weevils, but to be fair they have little effect on my crops.
