All the stalks on my early potatoes have died back, should I dig the spuds or leave them in the ground and dig them as required, and if I have to dig them what is the best way of storing them, I have used some and they are a very good size and flavour, I have about thirty stalks left

Check the potatoes that they are not blackening and rotting. if they are going bad dig them out and use as soon as possible as these will not store well.
