I'm very excited to have found this forum. Last year I spent two weeks in Counties Clare and Kerry and was overwhelmed by the beautiful gardens. I am planning a trip for next year and can't wait to see more of your spectacular flowers, ferns, etc.

Gardening in the western US is very challenging. We have very little rain (a good year is 8 inches), but lots of sunshine. I am interested in learning more about the Irish garden season...what to expect in March, April May, etc.

I look forward to hearing from fellow gardeners! Elaine

Expect plenty of rain showers in March, April May but also lots of Daffs and early flowering shrubs,
