Hi.

I'm a new member to IG so just wanted to say hello. I have to say, I'm not just a new member to IG but also an absolute beginner to the world of gardening and am eager to learn more. ALthough Irish, I now live in Austria and have just bought a new house there with a small town-house type garden which I am determined to make into my little refuge from the world. As in Ireland, the soil quality of a new town-house garden here in Austria is also very poor so I have my work cut out for me in the coming years. I look forward to reading the trials and tribulations or others on the forum and hopefully, as I become more experienced and competent, I will be able to help out when able to.
