Hi All,

Any advice on the best method to heal a lawn that is taking a battering from 3 football mad kids. The goal posts are being moved in a "rotation" to minimize the damage, but the goal area takes a battering.

Is there anything I can do to either help the lawn recover more quickly or to "toughen up" the lawn to minimize damage Question

Regards;

Derek

I'm going to be a real old fogey Derek, and suggest you don't worry too much about your "lawn"...grass grows very easily, and your boys will grow all too soon as well, and you'll have years ahead of you when you can enjoy a perfect lawn....and you'll remember those happy times when little boys laughed and played there.
I raised three boys, and yes, occasionally despaired at the havoc they wreaked in the garden, but those years fly by........and they are the best of years, enjoy!

Ban sports! they should be reading a book or doing extra homework. Give them some gardening to do or send them to the library.
