I had Parsnip chips a few months back with a bit of salt on a peice of bread and butter.......absolutely wonderfull!!
I see they also sell Parsnip crisps now aswell, so how come we use the boring old spud instead of these much tastier other vegetables?
I can imagine Parsnip mash i may try it soon.
