I'm looking for someone to rebuild my little garden pond.

I'm in Kimmage, Dublin 12.

The pond, which I've made two attempts at building myself, is small, apx. 2m x 1m, vaguely kidney-shaped and is situated in a raised bed (500mm above the main ground level). Although it's been home to my goldfish for several years now, it is in a sorry state. The main problems I need rectified are visible pond liner, visible retaining wall (behind a more decorative wall of the raised bed) and a completely failed attempt to build a mini-waterfall feature. (I'm open to more creative suggestions, but budget will be a constraint)
