With the favourable (for us) exchange rate I'm seriously contemplating a trip to 'Norn Iron' for, among other things, some garden treats.

Can anyone recommend a good garden centre in NI?

If you don't support your local garden centres and traders then don't be moaning when they close down and you HAVE to drive miles to get what you need.......

I haven't heard that the North is cheaper. I think the main reason for staying local is the relationship you can build up with the staff in the local centre. They get to know you and it's great for getting advice.
