I'm offereing my 'Dublin Bay' rose free to a loving home (would love to swap it for strawberry plants or anything other edible plants but swap not essential)
I'm fed up of plants that bite back! That and I want to start a little veggie plot and the rose is currently occupying a good chunk of the only suitable patch of my garden.
'Dublin Bay' is a pretty, deep red climbing rose. My one has not been lovingly fed, pruned or dead headed. Every so often I go nuts and hack it back. And it keeps on comin'! So it must be pretty robust too.
It's still in the ground but I'm hoping to take it up this weekend. If there are no takers I'll bring it to the recycle centre for composting.
I'm in Kimmage (near Sundrive Road Superquinn). PM me before this weekend if you're interested. |
