I know I keep telling all the members to take and post pictures of their plants, pests etc. There is a method to my madness though.
(1) The person with the query will get an accurate response to their question.
I see it time and time again on other forums, pics generate interest and replies.
(2) Irish gardeners then has a visual record to guide other members with a similar problem.

It is much easier to help people if they can post a photo .Marge posted pictures and already the help and advice is coming in . it also helps to know the direction of the garden . For those that don't know , just stand in your garden at 12 o clock midday and see where the sun is . thats south. Just to add some confusion if you stand at your'e back door in a south facing garden then the wall at the end of the garden in north facing Keep the pictures coming in
