Hi, I'm Michelle and I'm delighted to find this forum. I've found out so much in the last few days. I'm new to gardening so I'll probably be bombarding ye with questions for a while.
So far We've an acre around the house, half in lawn and the other half has been ignored so far, apart from mowing a few times a year, in case we loose the kids. My first plan is to do some raised beds for a few vegetables and I have found the section on that very helpful.
Anyway looking forward to learning more here.

Michelle

Welcome Michelle. We're doing much the same as you are with a new garden on an acre....we've only just finished eating our home-grown (in 0Cool potatoes which were delicious........and quite an achievement with such a wet summer, with potato blight to boot. You are going to have a lot of fun.....and probably sore backs too!

Laughing Thats the trouble with smilies occasionally Sive. (0Cool or (08 ), the 8 closely followed by the ) symbol forms a cool smiley. With the space though the smiley is gone. Funny huh. Confused

By the way welcome michelle M
