Topsoil and/or manure wanted please

I am looking to increase the depth and fertility of my soil - perhaps even create raised beds. Does anyone please know a cheap (free?) source of topsoil, organic manure or municipal compost on the Iveragh Peninsula, SW Kerry.

Hi michael, you could try jumbletown .ie there is a fellow there giving away manure from lixnaw
