Hi People,
I need a tree identified for me . It overhangs a garden nearby and while out for a walk I ran my hand through the branches and got a definite Eucalyptus aroma.
Its about 6m high - and growing by the year - it has long lance shaped leaves about 100cms or more and is currently in flower with tiny white flowers. It is evergreen and the bark is taking on a rusty brown appearance. I am familar with the Eucalyptus Gunnii plant / tree and I know mature species take on a changed appearance re their leaf shape and bark...but I feel this is not a mature Gunnii, instead its a different species of Eucalyptus.

Muchos Gratias in advance.
Doctor Robert.

Thanks GPI,
But thats not the one, The tree I need to I.D. has very narrow and long lance shaped leaves that hang in a weeping habit. I'll have to try get my head around getting a few pics on this site.
