Hi All
I'm from County Roscommon, living in a very rural area. Have been gardening a few years now and am into exotic and unusual plants, and also Hemerocallis (daylilies), Lilium, Iris.
Delighted to come across an Irish gardening website.
All the best.

| Welcome Prudence, you should find this site very useful. I think we gardeners need all the moral support we can get, with all this terrible weather! |

Only if the "Sun is up, the sky is blue" - but it's still raining!
Maybe I should post a couple of pics of the garden. All sorts in it, including a housepland (spider plant) which comes up each spring. I might just be able to convert a few of you to a bit of risky gardening
All the best.

A spider plant in the garden in Ireland. I can imagine it surviving our last few mild winters, but surely there is a harsh one coming which will put paid to it. Time to collect a few spider babies possibly. |
