dawn redwood
red oak
tulip tree
heres one of my sequoia still holding on i think dont know if you can see it but there is still some green on there

lots of wind there by the look of the wind protection spider. dawn redwood is that the rare one?

Love the leaves of the tulip tree. Large but elegant. The flowers (the tulips) on a mature tree are spectacular, saw one in flower in a park in london before.

yes windy location lost some trees before ,hopefully not again .never seen a real tulip tree so decided to grow one of my own
dawn redwood family died out between 60 and 100 million years ago ,was rediscovered in 1941 in a province in china. The leaves feel very soft sort of unusual for a tree Anyway have to just wait and see will they take .As you can see from photos well protected not taking any chances
