Try to get Solakis Feta as this is the better of the rest.Slice a good chunk of Feta & put on a plate,drizzle olive oil over the cheese,finely chop some onions and sprinkle over,add some fresh origano to this,if you like it spicey add some chilli or tobasco and place in the microwave for about 2mins-----if the cheese is melting the time is right-----------------enjoy
