I have sectioned off part of my garden which is over grown with weeds and grass 4 or 5 feet tall
I want to completely gut / kill all the grass and weeds there.
Its probably about 30 sq feet
What is the easiest way to do this.. All I want left is muck.
No immediate plans to do anything else with it after this for a few years |

You have plenty of time so.
No chemical sprays needed if you use solarization.
See this post........ Solarize your soil, non-chemical weed and disease control. _________________ Remember, a weed is just a plant in the wrong place.

thanks...
This recommends that before laying the plastic that it should already be cut to a few inches from the soil
It would probably take me a few weeks on my own to cut it to this level as there are a lot of weeds etc. Is there any 'safe' chemical that I can use that will kill these off .. That would work in a week or two after treating? |
