Hi everybody, my first post and I'm already looking for advice.
I'm growing tomato plants in a tunnel in growbags and have noticed a problem with two of them and can't pin it down to one single problem,.
On some of the fruit there are bruises or water marks that get worse day to day most are at the bottom but some at the sides.
On some of the lower leaves there are speckled spots although I'm not sure their related as the could just be old leaves but on some of the upper leaves the tips seem to have dried out.
I'll post pics, sorry about the bad quality as they were taken with a camphone.
Thank you. |

Looks like blossom end rot caused by irregular watering (going from from too dry to too moist).
Growing in growbags?
your remedy is to keep the soil moisture even and remove affected fruit.. |

I had thought that in the beginning but didn't think the leaves fitted with it.
But with the very warm weather lately it would seem to fit so thank you GPI.
And congrats on a very good site. |
