I'm planning for seed sowing next year; I've got five trays and am going to get lids and cell inserts for them. I've looked online: the cell inserts seem to be either 15 or 24 cell inserts.

Which size should I get for vegetable seed sowing?

you can get them as 40 cell inserts as well. go with 24 as that is what I have used this year and had no problems. You may get the 15 cell one and regret not having enough space.
