I am Heinz, new here in the forum, German, in Galway for 10 years, middle aged and male.
We got our garden design done by two very good professionals - but now we want to design our own small japanese garden. The size of the 'japanese garden patch' is only 4m x 8m, but sloping to the south. If anybody has some ideas, that I could add into the design - please let me know.

Hello Heinz,
If you haven't already seen it , this thread has a number of photos, taken by inishindie, at the National Garden Exhibition centre. Some good ideas and well worth the visit if you are ever in the area.
