| Im a first timer, I have made a flower bed but ut compost straight onto grass and then planted bulb, will the grass come through or should I have done something first? |

whiskey, to try to answer your question, I would have to say that if the compost was not deeper than 3 inches, then I believe the grass would re-emerge. Not to worry, your bulbs can be lifted and transplanted after flowering, just before the above ground leaves disappear. _________________ Q. What is the best soil for growing plants?
